Apparently Altium's servers are having issues

I've tried installing a previous version of Altium to be able to place components again, but the issue is still the same, leading me to believe that it is the online "Altium Content Vault" is having issues. Similarly, their website is giving issues with downloading the latest installer for Altium itself as well. And of course their support doesn't work weekends ;)
