Implemented voltage-level translators for the IMU and it's 1.8V requirements; All components are now sized 0805 or larger; Test points have been fixed; all ICs that need bypass capacitors have them; etc.

Many changes and additions. Implemented most everything Dr. Bazuin pointed-out so far. Altium basically stopped working, where I can no longer search for parts, so I'm stopping for today.

All capacitors now X7R temperature rated, at least 0805 sized or larger; Chip Selects of SPI interfaces now all connected again to assist with debugging; Added bypass capacitors to SD Card socket and GPS Receiver; Designator names shortened to make silkscreen names shorter; Fixed locations of test points to be more useful;
