Changed one crystal; working on PCB Layout
Had to change one crystal due to manufacturing constraints not being able to drill holes as close together as the previous one needed

Many changes and additions. Implemented most everything Dr. Bazuin pointed-out so far. Altium basically stopped working, where I can no longer search for parts, so I'm stopping for today.

All capacitors now X7R temperature rated, at least 0805 sized or larger; Chip Selects of SPI interfaces now all connected again to assist with debugging; Added bypass capacitors to SD Card socket and GPS Receiver; Designator names shortened to make silkscreen names shorter; Fixed locations of test points to be more useful;
