Many changes and additions. Implemented most everything Dr. Bazuin pointed-out so far. Altium basically stopped working, where I can no longer search for parts, so I'm stopping for today.

All capacitors now X7R temperature rated, at least 0805 sized or larger; Chip Selects of SPI interfaces now all connected again to assist with debugging; Added bypass capacitors to SD Card socket and GPS Receiver; Designator names shortened to make silkscreen names shorter; Fixed locations of test points to be more useful;

Changed RS-232 Transceiver to a Maxim Integrated MAX3232EUE+, since it can run on only 3.3V instead of needing 5V

MCU now has it's own 3.3V net with a dual schottky diode before it combining the DC-DC SMPS and JTAG power supplies
