...
Worked on getting all of the traces cleanly routed away from the MCU with the bypass capacitors being as close to the MCU as I can.... Especially since they are so large!! :P

Lighting, CANbusses, IMU, SD Card, RTC, GPS, JTAG, RS-232 is mostly placed, no traces connected. Working on ESP32 and the UART to USB Bridges.

Implemented voltage-level translators for the IMU and it's 1.8V requirements; All components are now sized 0805 or larger; Test points have been fixed; all ICs that need bypass capacitors have them; etc.

Apparently Altium's servers are having issues
...
I've tried installing a previous version of Altium to be able to place components again, but the issue is still the same, leading me to believe that it is the online "Altium Content Vault" is having issues. Similarly, their website is giving issues with downloading the latest installer for Altium itself as well. And of course their support doesn't work weekends ;)

Many changes and additions. Implemented most everything Dr. Bazuin pointed-out so far. Altium basically stopped working, where I can no longer search for parts, so I'm stopping for today.

All capacitors now X7R temperature rated, at least 0805 sized or larger; Chip Selects of SPI interfaces now all connected again to assist with debugging; Added bypass capacitors to SD Card socket and GPS Receiver; Designator names shortened to make silkscreen names shorter; Fixed locations of test points to be more useful;
